On the background of global financial crisis, a growing range of products were recalled from EU and USA,and the losses caused by recall were expanding. The international markets, especially the exporters paid more and more attention to the recalls. This paper analyzed the statistical data of consumer product recalls involved with CPSC and RAPEX during the period from Jan. to Nov. in 2009.
