With the development of textile industry, textile machinery enterprise is becoming from manufacturing factory to enterprise group. The problems of management and control between parent corporation and subsidiary corporation are becoming more and more prominent. This paper has summarized the development of management and control pattern of enterprise, compared the three common management and control patterns and analyzed the problems and factors of textile machinery enterprise management and control. At last, this paper has studied the selection and building of management and control pattern oriented to textile machinery enterprise for the realization of synergistic effects, which provides a good reference for the theory and practice of textile machinery enterprise management and control.
