Textile and garment industrial clusters in Henan province have been developing rapidly. Henan is an important province that undertakes the transfer of textile and garment industry from southeast China. There are many problems such as high-level talent shortage, weak research capability, small scale of enterprises, single product line. This paper has made an in-depth analysis on the above issues and proposed some countermeasures.
