There are so many problems during textile and apparel industrial transfer´s acceptance in the central-and-western China such as the redundancy development, the transfer of pollution, the lost of enterprise and the industrial value chain´s being locked up on low level. The author analyzed the bad consequence caused by these problems and the roots of these problems,and put forward some advice of how to prevent and solve these problems.
