Product recall has become another major restriction to affect the exports of Chinese textiles and garments. This paper has presented the implementation of the recall carried out by USA and EU to Chinese textiles and garments in 2009 and the first half of 2010. To have more attention of the export-oriented Chinese textile and garment enterprises to reduce the loss, the reasons and countermeasures to the frequent recalls have been analyzed.
