——Illustrated by the Case of Dalian

In recent years, the north-eastern region of China has a dynamic invest while suffers with a weak export under the global financial crisis, and some industries including apparel industry face more pressure in the road of transformation and upgrading. Based on analyzing the development strategy of Dalian´s apparel industry, the author hope to provide some references for the further development of domestic apparel industry.
