Under the new circumstance, the transformation and upgrading of industry cluster is imperative. Based on researching the development status-quo of two important textile industry clusters in China, Xiqiao and Humen in Guangdong Province, the author analyzed the transformation and upgrading strategy of the two areas, in the hope to build a new cooperation mode between industry clusters.
