Preliminary achievements have been made in the transformation and upgrading of Henan textile and apparel industry by promoting the development of industrial agglomeration region, making up the short board, cultivating independent brands, improving the ability of independent innovation. However, there are still some inhibiting factors. At present, it is important to perfect existing policy and measures.Moreover, it will be helpful in promoting the transformation and upgrading of textile and apparel industry to take such measures as establishing the network of industrial division and cooperation, developing productive service industry greatly, building industrial innovation platform and so on.
