The crisis of soybean broke out in 2004, which made the soybean processing enterprises of China lose seriously. Furthermore, the soybean industry of China was enemy-occupied step by step after that crisis.The cotton price of China has risen and shaken sharply recently, and foreign dependence degree of cotton is higher than before. Cotton industry of China is short of pricing power. So the crisis of cotton is upcoming in China. On the basis of causes analysis, the authors offer some suggestions.
