This paper has introduced how Wuxi Xiexin Worsted Spinning Weaving and Dyeing Co., Ltd. practiced the task of energy saving and emission reduction and achieved the upgrading of the traditional wool textile company taking the opportunity of transfer from the urban area to industry zone.
