The amount of carbon emissions of China’s textile and apparel industry between 1991 and 2009 were calculated by carbon emission coefficients method. The trend of carbon emission was analyzed. The results showed that the total amount of carbon emissions of China’s textile and apparel industry nearly increased by one time during this period and the carbon emission intensity decreased continuously. There were high correlation and dynamic incidence-degree between the amount of carbon emissions and the total industrial output value.
