The paper firstly analyzed and evaluated the competitive advantage of China’s textile industry, then put forward that China’s textile industry should seize the opportunity to adjust the competitive strategy actively under the development pattern transformation during the 12th Five-year Plan, speed up innovation of technology and management, and improve China’s textile industry as a whole of the international textile industry chain.
