According to the latest statistics, in September, China imported 27 million meters of cotton cloth, which surged by 68.95% year-on-year; exported 515 million meters of cotton cloth, down by 8.71% year-on-year. The net exports were 488 million meters, which declined by 10.94% year-on-year.

From January to September, China’s cumulative imports of cotton cloth were 130 million meters, down by 11.57% year-on-year; cumulative exports totaled 5 billion meters, which decreased by 10.58% year-on-year.
