In order to promote the construction of a trade power and the high-quality development of foreign trade, the Ministry of Commerce has organized a new batch of declaration and recognition work for the National Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrading Base. The newly-recognized National Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrading Bases in 2019 was determined. This time, the Ministry of Commerce has identified 65 bases in total, including 7 bases for textile and garment industry.

5. National Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrade Base of Jianli County, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province (Textile)

6. National Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrade Base of Changxing Textile Industrial Park, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province (Textile)

7. National Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrade Base of Kashgar Special Economic Zone in Xinjiang Autonomous Region (Garment)
