According to China’s General Administration of Customs, in March, China imported 30 million meters of cotton cloth, with year-on-year decline of 7.19% and month-on-month growth of 96.54%. And China exported 699 million meters of cotton cloth, seeing year-on-year decrease of 25.11% and a growth of 72.23% from the previous month.

In January-March, China’s cotton cloth imports totaled 68 million meters, down 16.97% year-on-year; while China’s totaled cotton cloth exports in this period were 1.84 billion meters, declined by 2.83% year-on-year.

In September, 2018 to March, 2019, China’s cotton cloth imports totaled 174 million meters, down 18.63% year-on-year; while China’s totaled cotton cloth exports during this period reached about 4.53 billion meters, declined by 9.28% year-on-year.
