Recently, Henan Province promulgated the "Policy for the Support of Intelligent Manufacturing and Industrial Internet Development in Henan Province", providing policies and financial support for the development of intelligent equipment industry, intelligent reconstruction of enterprises, pilot demonstrations projects, and construction of industrial Internet, etc.

In terms of the intelligent equipment industry, the enterprises who have significant leading role and invest more than CNY 300 million in their development project will preferentially listed in the scope of key project management in Henan Province by the government. The local governments need to release corresponding support policies for the key intelligent equipment industry bases that have been listed in the three-year plan for the development of intelligent manufacturing and industrial Internet in Henan province.

In terms of intelligent reconstruction of enterprises, the local governments will release corresponding support policies to the implementation of "machine substitution", intelligent reconstruction of production lines, and the intelligent workshops, intelligent plants and intelligent demonstration parks.

Support pilot demonstrations. The government will award CNY 1 million to the demonstration enterprises in terms of national intelligent manufacturing, industrial Internet, and big data industry development; to the national industrial demonstration bases and clusters, the government will award CNY 2 million.

For the intelligent reconstruction project, the government will improve the post-subsidy ratio of software and hardware input from 8% to 30%, with a maximum of no more than CNY 10 million; to encourage the provincial intelligent factories and intelligent workshops, the government will award CNY 1 million or CNY 500,000, respectively. Support the construction of industrial Internet platforms. The government will award CNY 20 million to the comprehensive industrial Internet who has been included in the key provincial cultivation list.
