Recently, Zhejiang Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology released the "Implementation Plan of Zhejiang Province on Constructing the Green Manufacturing System (2018-2020)". To carry out the strategy of building China into a manufacturer of quality, to focus on the improvement of energy-use efficiency and performance for cleaner production, the plan will take textile industry, garment industry, and chemical fiber industry as the key industries of the construction of the green manufacturing system in Zhejiang Province. By 2020, the goal of this plan is to establish 100 green workshops and 10 green parks, build a number of demonstration enterprises for green supply chain management, and develop a batch of high-level third-party evaluation organizations within the province.
