NingJin, located in Hebei Province, is a well-known textile and garment city. In recent years, local government has been encouraging local garment enterprises to undertake upgrading and transformation, aimed at building a Textile and Garment Industrial Base in the north of China, and achieving good benefits.

At present, NingJin has 1,000 or so textile and garment enterprises, achieving CNY 20 billion of sales revenue annually, providing employment opportunities to more than 50,000 people. And local-produced garment was exported to more than 20 countries and regions.
