Coburg - The Dietze+Schell Group is expanding further. As from 1st February 2017 the Reifenh?user Group and Dietze+Schell consolidate their activities in the fields of application monofilament, strapping and artificial turf. Reifenh?user transfers both companies Reimotec Maschinen- und Anlagenbau in Lampertheim/ Germany and Reimotec Winding Technology in Sumirago/ Italy to the company in Coburg.

After successful acquisition and incorpoation of Sima srl. in 2013 and Techno Plastic srl. in 2015 into the group of companies, this latest acquisition represents the consequent continuation of the corporate strategy to strengthen the leading position in the field of extrusion and to develop new customer segments.

This acquisition strengthens the group as turnkey supplier in the sector of monofilament for artificial turf and concrete reinforcement as well as strapping and tapes.
