Recently, Zhang Chunxian, secretary of the Party Committee of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region met with Pan Xueping, president of Jiangsu Jinsheng Industry Co., Ltd. to discuss Jinsheng Company's investments in Xinjiang.

Jinsheng Group, a diversified industrial group with a focus on high-end equipment manufacturing based in east China's Jiangsu Province, will invest CNY 40 billion in local textile and garment industry, equipment manufacturing industry and circular economy. It plans to set up "one center and three industrial parks", i.e. Jinsheng administration, service and innovation center; the ecological yarn pilot industrial park that is based on vegetable printing and dyeing, the regenerated fiber industrial park which is expected to offer 50,000 new jobs and the intelligent high-end equipment manufacturing industrial park for producing computer-controlled machine tools, garment 3D printing and packing machinery. The long-term target till 2025 is to generate annual sales revenue of CNY 100 billion.
