The Zhengzhou-based Hi-tech Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. and Chuzhou Jinchun Nonwoven Fabric Co., Ltd. in Anhui Province recently signed a contract on a 3.5-meter high-speed direct-lapping spunlacing line. This indicates that Hi-tech Heavy Industry's designing, manufacturing, management and quality control skills for spunlacing line have stepped up onto a higher stage. Up to now, Chuzhou Jinchou has bought five spunlacing lines of different processes from Hi-tech Heavy Industry.

It is said this is the first time that the nonwoven business department of Hi-tech Heavy Industry signs contract on delivering 3.5-meter high-speed direct-lapping spunlacing line. Both the working width and winding speed have increased significantly. The winding speed has increased from 120 m/min to 150 m/min and the single-line output doubled without sacrificing fabric quality. Each mechanical unit has been optimized in design, related electrical control unit upgraded, so as to increase the capability of each single machine. For Hi-tech Heavy Industry, this is a big stride forward, which lays good foundation for developing direct-lapping spunlacing line with winding speed up to 200 m/min and narrowing the gap between the Chinese machinery manufacturer and its foreign counterpart in nonwoven production technology.
