SPINEXPO^TM Shanghai launched SPINEXPO^TM New York eight years ago, at a moment of economic slowdown when many US buyers faced problems of budget and schedules to travel around the globe.  In order to keep our exhibitors close to their buyers, SPINEXPO^TM New York came to life. SPINEXPO^TM New York is now organizing its 8th exhibition that will take place 19-20-21 July 2016.

We are launching SPINEXPO^TM Paris with a very different strategy in mind.  There are no specific problems linked with the economy that is flat everywhere, but rather challenges that pop up everywhere:  stylists working in completely different ways than in the past, taking into consideration consistency between style, quality and price.  Style being important, products of high quality, with prices as contained as possible!

In addition, the textile sector is facing a historical shift regarding distribution: consumers being ultra-connected with their mobiles, linked to the internet, and getting information via social network: a very real and extremely powerful network!  Garment manufacturers are driven to have multiple collections to attract consumers.

With SPINEXPO^TM Paris, we want to present ahead of time an offer of the best international mills – both spinning and knitting- addressing the active, knitwear, weaving, embroidery and lace sectors as well as any other outlets using yarns.  SPINEXPO exhibitors do not exhibit under a country or national flag, but rather promote the best of their sector, wherever they come from: their products on display are the “hero”.  As a result, they deserve to be exhibiting in the best sophisticated way, in the heart of Paris, in a modern and trendy location where they can demonstrate who they are.

SPINEXPO^TM Paris targets 80 exhibitors, all carefully selected from our panel of Shanghai exhibitors.  The show will showcase the Autumn/Winter 2017/18 pre-collections. In addition, the best sellers of the previous Spring/Summer 2017 will also be featured at our trend areas.

SPINEXPO^TM Paris also wishes to offer the European weaving industry a first snapshot of what is in development and achievements to date as well as new developments in knitted and woven activewear.
