China National Garment Conference was recently held in Chengdu. During the conference, the boarding meeting of China National Garment Association (CNGA) elected Mr. Sun Ruizhe, who is now vice president of China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC), as the chairman of the association.

China National Garment Association was founded in 1991. Since then, head of CNTAC (the former Ministry of Textile Industry) has been appointed as chairman of the association on a concurrent basis. Now, China National Garment Association has become the biggest trade association of CNTAC in terms of membership, team scale and social influence.
