Hongqi Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. recently developed the world first high-speed intelligent pile air-jet loom. Its weaving efficiency triples that of traditional shuttle loom and both its unique electronically-controlled pile motion and the constant-tension let-off motion are leading technologies in the world.

Model JA11 high-speed intelligent pile air-jet loom operates at near 450 rpm, and the quality product rate has been raised to more than 95% compared to the 70% of conventional shuttle loom. The electronically-controlled pile motion ensures stable pile length during the weaving process and the constant-tension let-off motion and the guiding channel weft-insertion system guarantee the quality consistency of fabric. It is said that the company has received orders for 200 sets of such loom.
