As a key technical project of Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. Yuci Branch, the automatic ring plating line was put into batch production after half a year"s preparation.

The line costs an investment of more than CNY 4 million. Machines were installed in August, put into test run for both conventional ring and refined ring in early October and put into batch production at the end of October. Up to now, it has produced more than 80,000 pieces of ring. With this line, the company has changed from consigned plating to in-house plating of rings and thus improved ring production efficiency.
