Since the beginning of this year, the price of viscose filament has kept a downward trend and it is expected to rebound by the end of the third quarter of this year, said Wang Shengyong, General Manager of Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd.

Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd. is quickening its step of readjusting product structure by adding a bamboo pulp and fiber integrated project with annual capacity of 95,000 tons, which is expected to be completed at the end of this year.

After the project being put into production, the company will have an annual production scale for 50,000 tons of bamboo fiber and 95,000 tons of bamboo pulp. It will help the company expand the product spectrum from cotton pulp and fiber to new fibers such as bamboo pulp and fiber.
