For our textile padders customers, AKM will provide:
Rubber regrinding – S Roller or curve roller

Rubber recoating – Same rubber as used on original Kuesters S-Rolls or customized rubber coating based on your requirements, such as color, hardness, and etc.

S-Roll Overhauling-Completely renovating the roller with new set of sealings, rubber regrinding /recoating and etc. We can also honing the steel shells if necessary.

Modification padder to CPB – AKM can provide to complete inlet, outlet, dosing system and control system needed for a CPB set. With this service, you can turn your spare padder into a CPB system with much lower cost than importing a brand new set but with the same quality as the imported machines.
