These padders are equipped with original S-Rollers from Andritz Kuesters GmbH who comes from the previous Eduard Kuesters Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG, which was founded in 1953 and invented the first S-Roller and got the patent in 1956.

With the technical known-how from both two world leading companies, the Menzel OptiColor padders have optimised advantages.

With the original Andritz Kuesters S Rollers, the even and reproducible liquor pick-up are guaranteed from the beginning to the end of one dye lot by deflection controlled rollers; Centre-selvedge variation can be prevented due to the fact that the S Roll can be adjusted from the concave through linear to convex; Even squeezing pressure on the fabric for thick and narrow fabric qualities. (no overpressing of the selvedge zones).

The padder has process / recipes control system. So the precise reproductions can be achieved by simple operation in one large touch panel.

The liquor trough can be mobile for easy cleaning and changeable for different designs. The small liquor content of the trough results the minimum loss of chemicals during change of dye liquor and then the cost.
