It is reported that China and Germany has signed a series of trade agreements worth more than 10 billion US dollars last week as a high-level Chinese delegation is on a procurement trip in four European countries. The delegation, led by Chinese Commerce Minister Mr. Chen Deming, is composed of over 200 business representatives. They signed in Berlin a total of 36 procurement deals with German companies on the telecom, automotive, textile and medical industries among others. The 10 billion dollar deal is part of an overall package of procurement arrangements worth 14 billion US dollars between China and four European countries, namely Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Britain.
