Amid the all discussion about the inherently inflationary pace of economic expansion going on in China , apparel prices continue to fall year-over-year. Apparel prices fell for the eleventh straight month in March, shedding 1.4% from last year. Aside from brief gains at the end of 2006, clothing prices have fallen every month for the last several years. The drop in March did slow to -1.4%, its slowest decline in four months.
