According to statistics from Agricultural Development Bank of China, as of the end of November, loans from this bank has purchased 2.77 million newly picked tons, up 11.7% compared with the same period of the previous year. Especially, loans from this bank’s Xinjiang branch has bought 1.44 million tons of new cotton, a 26.3% year-on-year increase.
