Quotas set on China’s exports to EU’s market less rapidly filled in March with a lower threat of disruption in deliveries before the end of the year, as a result. The way China allocates its European quotas is clearly improving this year, with lower prices and higher fill rates. Shipments of dresses in category 27 could however be confronted with a lack of export licences by the end of August.
