China´s total fabric output reached 4.285 billion square meters in August, reflecting 10.4 percent year-on-year growth. 11.1 percent year-on-year gains in 100-percent cotton fabric brought output to 2.399 billion square meters, pushing cotton market share to 55.99 percent, which is up from 55.64 the previous year.
