Nantong Zhanyang Fiber Co. Ltd in Haimen City, Jiangsu Province announces the opening ceremony of it’s new rotor spinning plant will be held on January 17, 2008. The new plant is fully equipped with latest spinning machinery from Blowroom to Rotor Spinning delivered from Rieter Textile Systems. The plant processes Lenzing fibres. The official opening ceremony also includes a factory tour and a technical Seminar held by Rieter and Lenzing in corporation.

Nantong Zhanyang is private owned company in Haimen City / Jiangsu. The new plant is completely equipped with Rieter machines: The blowroom feeds Lenzing Viscose® fibers to the most productive card in the world, the C 601. The Rieter drawframes SB D40 and RSB-D 401, ensure outstanding sliver quality. Four fully automated Rieter R 40 rotor spinning machines with 480 rotors each, the longest rotor spinning machines in the world, produce high quality viscose knitting yarns in the fine count range. At the time of this inauguration, there will be four R 40-480 OE machines installed, by the end of 2008 total 12 R 40-480 will be in operation. The plant management is supported by the integrated SPIDERweb plant monitoring system.. Zhanyang exclusively uses Lenzing Viscose® to produce highest quality fine count knitting yarns. The top quality of the yarn is the result of the partnership between Zhanyang, Lenzing and Rieter.

Inauguration of Nantong Zhanyang’s new spinning plant
On January 17, 2008 Nantong Zhanyang Fiber Co. Ltd celebrates with it’s partners, Rieter Textile Systems and Lenzing Fibers the opening of it’s new facility in Haimen City, Nantong, Jiangsu Province. Beside of the official opening ceremony visitors will have the opportunity to visit the factory. In the afternoon a seminar, held by Rieter and Lenzing, will introduce the technology of processing viscose fibers to yarn. Everybody who is interested to join and gain valuable insights into this state of the art plant is welcome (prior registration with either Zhanyang, Rieter or Lenzing is required).
