Cotton Spinning Sector

To encourage the production of high-grade yarn and mixed fabric with multifiber and new-type fiber;

To produce special natural fiber yarn, thread and mixed fabric under the requirement of environmental protection and resource utilization;

To adopt blowing-carding machine, compact spinning machine, automatic rotor spinning machine, air-jet spinning machine, high-efficient combing machine, spinning frame with integrated doffing device (more than 1008 spindles), combined spinning and winding frame, etc;

To encourage the production of high-grade coloured yarn fabrics and filament fabrics;

To adopt precision detection equipments to increase the proportion of electronic cotton distribution.

Wool Spinning Sector

To adopt new-type spinning technique and special animal fibers in the production of high-grade wool fabric;

To encourage the production of new type yarn using methods of composite spinning, Siro spinning and compact spinning;?

To reconstruct semi-worsted spinning system for staple fiber;

To transform lagged wool scouring process with water-saving scouring process and sewage treatment equipment.

Hemp Spinning Sector

To encourage the production of high-grade hemp yarn, hemp fabric, hemp and multi-fiber blend woven fabric;

To support R&D and application of biologic degumming processing and ramie stretch-breaking processing.

Silk Sector

To produce differential and functional composite fiber using advanced equipments like automatic silk reeling machine, combing machine and its supporting system, high-speed doubling and twisting frame, new-type automatic winder and shuttleless loom, etc;

To encourage the application of advanced printing, dying and finishing technology for silk fabric.

Knitting Sector

To adopt warp knitting technology and relevant finishing technology, and high-performance fiber like carbon fiber, high strength polyethylene fiber, aramid fiber and glass fiber for the production of materials used in the exploration of new energy and clean energy;

To encourage R&D on coloured spun yarn and color-yarn knitted fabric;

To adopt continuous pretreatment machine, open-width cold-pad-batch technique, energy-saving relaxation dyer and low bath-ratio dyeing equipment.
