Cleaner Production Promotion

- Transformation of pretreatment process by making use of advanced technologies and equipments like cold-pad-batch technique, shortened pretreatment process, enzyme treatment, high efficiency washing technique, etc;

- Transformation of traditional dyeing process with cold pad-batch dyeing machine, shortened wet steaming pad-dyeing, pigment dyeing process, etc;

- Transformation of traditional printing with pigment printing, digital printing, ink-jet or wax-jet laser engraving, etc;

- Application of relax treatment and handle treatment process;

- Application of intelligent online detection and control device.

Wastewater Reuse Rates Improvement

- Focus on wastewater treatment and recycling: clear and muddy diffluence technique, biofilter, film treatment, active carbon adsorption technique, etc;

Products Quality Upgrading

- High-grade differential and functional fabrics;

- New eco-friendly fabric: PLA fiber, Modal fiber, Lyocell fiber, Bamboo fiber and PTT fiber;

- Multi-component fibers fabric.
