Harbin Flax Market is open for business on Jun 15,2009. It is currently China´s largest trading market for flax.

The market is built by Harbin Flax Textile Co., Ltd. with investment of 80 million U.S. dollars. The market covers an area of 20,000 square meters and more than 500 business institutions are located here.

In addition to this market, Harbin Flax Textile Co., Ltd. also plans to investment 0.6 billion yuan to establish a Flax Exhibition Center. The Exhibition Center will showcase the history of flax industry and be used to host trade fairs and product marketing.
