General Office of the State Council unveiled the program on May, 12th with time frame 2009 to 2011. As one of the nine major highlighted industries, textile machinery sector is to be revitalized coupling with the Textile Industry Adjustment and Revitalizing program. Focal points are Roving and Spinning unit, Spinning and Winding unit, High-speed weaving machines, Complete-set nonwoven machines, Special complete-set woven machines, Fast, continuous, short process dyeing and finishing equipment.
