Tax rebating rate has been adjusted many times ever since August, 2008. Sewing machinery rebating rate has been adjusted all the way up from last year`s 9% to 17% up until now. Nonetheless, a prevalent phenomenon reflected by a plethora of export-oriented sewing machine suppliers is that they don`t actually feel warmed up by this beneficial policy. Due to limited price arbitration capability in the international market, foreign buyers would grab this opportunity and force down the price leaving companies out of alternatives but to compromise in order to get orders and avoid bankruptcy which means it is the eventual international buyers who are actually benefiting more than our domestic suppliers.
