Textile industry remained its upstanding restorative momentum since after July this year. Both manufacturing and investment situation keeps snapping back. Domestic demand increase has obviously shown its effective stimulating results. Nonetheless, international market showed no favorable signs of recovery, still remains to be observed. Over-scale textile companies have totally manufactured thirteen billion tons of yarns, 30.6 billion meters of fabrics, 1.27 billion articles of apparels and 152 billion tons of chemical fibers which separately increased by 10%, 1%, 4.8% and 11.77% in total amount during the first seven months of 2009 on annual basis. The speedup rate has separately increased by -0.77%, -5.65%, -1.41% and 7.01% year-on-year. The speedup rates of yarn, fabric, apparel are obviously accelerating compared with the first two months and gradually climbing up from the bottom.
