National economy is undergoing a key period of restoration and any slack down during this period would lead to repeated economy fluctuation, said Mr. ZhangPing on 25th August, direction of the National Development and Reform Commission. Eight specific policies would be implemented in the second half year to consolidate this economy uptrend.

1.Keep stimulating domestic demand especially the consuming demand. Maintaining a smooth implementation of policies favoring automobile and household electronics. Speeding up the network infrastructure construction between city and countryside. Fully exert the positive effect of economy pull-up and structure adjustment brought by investment.

2.Stabilizing foreign economy relations especially foreign trade export. Carrying out all polices that are necessary to stabilize international market demand steering enterprises to accelerate export structure adjustment as well as exploring undiscovered market.

3.Stabilize agricultural development by implementing all favorable polices for farmers.

4.Taking further and in-depth steps to adjust current industry structure. Carrying out all programs concerning structure adjustment and recovery, pushing forward the enterprise technology reform and upgrade as well as acquisition and eliminate obsolete productivity.

5.Speeding up science and technology innovation, nurturing emerging industries. Blueprinting energy-saving and environmental friendly industries such as IT industry, new energy, new material and other burgeoning sectors with substantial potentiality forming up new economic growth points.

6.Never slack down on energy-saving and emission-reduction. Specific responsibilities must be allocated to the specific personnel. Major energy-saving and emission-reduction programs must be paid special attention to. Resolute measures must be taken preventing died-out obsolete productivity to revive.

7.Major area and nexus point reform. National income distribution structure must be further adjusted enhancing the ratio of which it takes up in GDP. Steadily push forward water price, end oil product price and electrical power price reform.

8.Improving people`s livelihood. To enact new employment policies improving the employment situation of college graduates, migrant workers and poverty stricken areas.
