Technology revolution and globalized economy have brought advanced productive forces and international mode of production, exchange and communication for the real economy. In the mean time, virtual economy has gradually merged into the real economy and people´s regular daily life, revitalizing modern economy day by day.

While benefiting from the opportunity of globalization, people must have to keep vigilant of unavoidable periodical risks. Be it developed countries or developing countries, all are interdependent to reviving national economy or going further. WTO principals as basic international trading regulations must be followed in order to establish and uphold new international trade order, explore more convenient, fast, safe international supplying chain, enhance the international resource exchanging efficiency, intensify worldwide financial system supervision and take precautions against periodical risks or economy tsunami such as the global recession we are undergoing at the moment.

China textile industry is undergoing a special period of industry structural adjustment and upgrade. To effectively carry out the national program of textile industry revitalizing and adjusting, five major transformations are summarized as follows:

Transformation one: from labor-intensive comparative advantage to a mode that depends on innovation. Research and development investment, technology reform must be intensified, obsolete equipment must be eliminated. Textile companies must have to realize that one major way to upgrade industry development is to amplify the contribution rate of technology as well as brand.

Transformation two: from over-resource-consumable mode to resource-saving mode. Recyclable economy and low-carbon economy will be more advocated. Future textile industry will be on the healthy track of fiber-saving, resource-saving as well as water-saving.

Transformation three: from environment-sacrificing to environmental-friendly. Clean production, less sewage discharge and focus more on environment administration.　 　

Transformation four: from conventional extensive industry organization structure to modern intensive organization structure. Enterprise structural adjustment as well as industry cluster structural adjustment are both necessary to further explore domestic and international market.

Transformation five: from the less consummate market order to more consummate healthy market order. Industry self-discipline is the basis to maintain the smooth running of CSC9000T social responsibility management system.

By unifying all aforementioned transformations and throughout efforts across all sectors of textile industry, China is more than confident to get rid of the swampland and successfully transforms into country with powerful, strong and healthy textile industry.
