The supplest staple fiber production line is under construction in Shishi, Fujian province. Now all complete set of equipment outsourcing work has been done. This production line is a cooperative work of three large groups viz. Shishi Winsong Group, Quanzhou HTT Corporation and Dupont.

Dupont will provide some technical support of RTT staple fiber manufacturing for this specific program. This is the only RTT manufacturing factory authorized by Dupont in China and also the second one around the globe. Ouyang Wen xian, president of Winsong Group said the investment on equipment alone would reach up to 200 million RMB.

Accumulated investment of this program added up to over 500 million RMB with factory area covering over one hundred acres. An array of products such as RTT staple fiber, functionalized fiber, ultrafine fiber, mid-hollow and other differentiated fibers will be manufactured after the completion of this program. Annual industrial output value would reach up to 1.5 billion RMB.
