China´s Industrial Output up 19.2% in November (12/16/2009)

According to data released by National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on December 11, China´s industrial output growth accelerated to 19.2% in November year-on-year, whose growth rate increased 13.8 percentage points year-on-year and rose 3.1 percentage points month-on-month. It was the seventh concessive month with rising growth rate.

China´s continued economic growth was attributed to the acceleration industrial growth and the sharp industrial decline in the corresponding period last year, said Sheng Laiyun, a spokesman of NBS.

In the first 11 months, the increased value of industries over the designated scale rose 10.3% year-on-year, whose increasing rate dropped 3.4 percentage points year-on-year and increased 0.9 percentage point as compared with that in the first 10 months. Preliminary calculations, above-scale industrial added value grew by 1.46% in November, showed by the data.
