A cooperation agreement between Beijing Futai Leather Base Cloth Co., ltd and Lixian, famous textile county of Baoding, Hebei province, has recently signed a cooperation agreement involving one billion RMB of investment in Lixian’s industry park. An array of programs including leather base cloth, PU leather and other chemical fiber programs will be initiated.

Leather base cloth and other textile programs would be initiated firsthand with estimated investment reaching 250 million RMB. The program is going to be carried out in two stages. Chemical fiber program and PU leather program will be finished in stage three and stage four. All program would be taking two to three years to accomplish in which 25 PU leather manufacturing lines, 20 thousand spindles, two thousand rotor spinning machines and 1000 rapier looms would be inducted.
