Helon blueprints 610 million RMB program (11/30/2009)

Shandong Helon Co., Ltd will initiate two major programs recently involving an estimated investment 610 million RMB.

The first program is to upgrade its current viscose staple fiber manufacturing line with annual output 45 thousand tons to differentiated, functionalized jute pulp fiber manufacturing line.

The second program is to launch new differentiated viscose staple fiber manufacturing lines with annual output of 30 thousand tons of high-whiteness, ultrafine viscose staple fiber.

Jute pulp fiber program will be carried out by upgrading its current viscose staple fiber manufacturing line, involving 254 million RMB of investment. The program will be wrapped up in August, 2010.

Jute pulp fiber possesses an array of advantages viz. excellent moisture management performance, remarkable UV-Proof and antibacterial performance. Fabrics made with jute pulp fiber would embrace smooth hand feel and a bunch of outstanding performances.

The second program would be invested 359 million RMB with estimated annual sales income and profit reaching 494 million RMB and 107 million RMB respectively. This program involves the production of ultrafine viscose staple fiber with ultrahigh whiteness and special functions such as colored flame retardant viscose fiber.
