Enterprise Booming Index in the 4 Quarter Continuously Rose (01/12/2010)

Data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on January 8 indicated that the national Enterprise Booming Index in the fourth quarter of 2009 was 130.6, up 6.2 percentage points from the previous quarter. The Entrepreneur Expectation Index was 127.7, up 7.6 percentage points.

Relevant people stated good macroeconomic situation contributed to the recovery of the Enterprises Booming Index and the Entrepreneur Expectation Index. It is estimated that China’s GDP in the quarter will be above 10%.

Data showed that among the four quarters, Chinese Enterprise Booming Indexes of all kinds all rose for three consecutive quarters. In the fourth quarter, the industrial enterprise booming index was 128.1, 7.6 percentage points from the previous quarter, and the entrepreneur expectation index 127.7, up 7.6 percentage points.
