Famous chemical fiber manufacturing conglomerate, Baoding Swan Co., Ltd, just signed a new contract with another chemical fiber manufacturer located in Shaoyang, Hunan province blueprinting to build a large-scale chemical fiber production base.

Baoding Swan Co., Ltd schemed to build a program with viscose filament output ten thousand tons and differentiated staple fiber output ninety thousand tons culminating an estimated industry output value five billion RMB. Shaoyang textile industry would by then become the fourth largest industry aside from automobile, food and machinery industry.
