Jiangsu Administration of High-performance fiber Quality Supervision and Testing Center is going to be established in Lianyungang, Jiangsu province. It is going to be the first quality inspection center offering an array of services. The new center, which is to break ground in 2010 and planned to wrap up in 2011, covered a construction area of about 3,000 square meters with 24 million RMB of investment. Aside from providing testing services, the new center would also exert its pivotal function to carry out research and development work associating with colleges and institutes so as to holistically promote the high-tech fiber innovation level of Jiangsu province.
