A program involving 1.5 billion yuan of investment by Qingdao Textile Group recently broke ground in Taierzhuang. The program aspires to build several differential multiple components top grade yarns production line with overall capacity 200 thousand spindles. Other matched industry chain programs including the production of woven and knitted fabrics, garment-making, home textiles will all be constructed. Principal part of stage one involving 100 thousand spindles of yarn spinning line is estimated to be completed within this year and put into production before June, 2011. The whole program will be completed in five years time.
